This exceptional project within the Ridges masterplanned community in Summerlin was born out of a collaboration between knowledgeable homeowners, a fantastic architect and the ‘can-do’ builder. The owners of this residence embraced the concept of developing a home that blends with the natural desert and existing hillside. Special attention was placed upon spatial planning, exposures, orientation, microclimates and landform
