Who We Are >

STAYING TRUE TO OUR CLIENTS' VISION IS PARAMOUNT.

The City of Las Vegas and the Office of Cultural Affairs teamed up to develop a culturally significant project to house some very important historical pieces of Las Vegas, its vintage neon signs.  The park would be part of a larger ‘campus’ that would ultimately house the Neon Museum Visitor andAdministration Center, the Neon Boneyard storage areas, parking lots, a large monument sign and display areas for refurbished signage.  The park is to offer visitors a self guided tour with interpretive signage, a large replicated Googie style monument sign, a shade shelter, gathering spaces, walking paths and performance/display stage.  The overall ‘campus’ design had to be responsive to the historically significant period of vintage neon signage and mid century modern or ‘googie’ style architecture. The centerpiece of the campus is the historically significant La Concha Motel which was relocated to the property to be incorporated into the museum lobby, visitor center and administration office in the near future.  The park would also incorporate security fencing, decorative block walls and gates, lighting and landscape.
